Now, consider this situation.
1. majordomo, running qmail sends out a mailing list
2. server with several thousand users subscribed to above list
3. qmail opens up a new connection for each local mail delivery
resulting chaos is enough to shut down your mailserver - all the existing
connections will be sucked up by qmail.
So you have to stop and do something like
o MaxDaemonChildren=50
o ConnectionRateThrottle=3
