ISP all over india are selling connections like hot cacke with least regard
to bandwidth availlable. It takes almost 60 minits to down load one mb
during commercial hours (10 to 6) in nagpur. And i am sure the same scenirio
is else where.
And fianlly i misses a couple of ;-)) after my comment on t3 connection.

I did'nt know that T3 connections are *absolutely necessary* to download
1.5 mb of docs. AFAIK, the bulk of internet users, developers as well as
users, connect to the internet with a regular 55.6 flex modem
