Hi
I am having a RHL 6.2 box with winnt (FAT) partition. NT Has crashed due
to some reason and i had to reinstall that. The first stage of NT
installation is over but when it rebooted and when i went into the fat
partition for the second phase , it just crashed saying "UNACCESSIBLE BOOT
DEVICE "

Is this because of the ext2fs partition ? How to proceed ?

I am having a IDE ATAPI CDWriter installed in the same machine . I have
updated the kernel with IDE-SCSI Module and could write CDs . When i write
CDs with this ( ISOFS) long file names will be converted to 8.3. I want to
save the long filename so as to read it from WIndows PCs. Can i write CDs
in Joliet file system / can i preserve the file name ?
ii) Is it possible to write piece by piece . ie can i append files later ?

thanks

Bimal
