It depends on how much you know. Most of the "linux" sysadmins I know
are either self taught or learnt unix at a place where they _really_ know
how to teach Unix (such as the IITs / BITS / some RECs etc) <even there,
they were largely self taught I think>

>which train u to become a good system administrator not necessarily
>linux.i want to become one and would like to know all a person has to do

Courses at places like NIIT or Aptech will give you a certificate which
won't even be worth using as toilet paper. With such certificates you
can, at most, become a "linux faculty" at another NIIT center (and maybe
post to LI saying I can't compile c++ programs in linux' and sign yourself
Linux Faculty, NIIT)

>to become a good linux system administrator.any help on this topic or
>advice would be appreciated.

Get a linux box at home, read what you can about DNS, Sendmail, hardware,
filesystems, kernels etc etc. Lots of stuff at linuxdocs.org (or search
google.com for LAME - a basic linux sysadmins guide)
