at exocore/linux, for signal 11, reason given as
19. Installation fails with Signal 11
That is almost always an indicator of a hardware problem, usually
flakey RAM or a mis-aligned
CDROM drive. Try replacing the faulty component.
However I have written
I was trying to install rh6.1/Rh6.2 in a system. I was getting this msg
'Received signal 11. Install exited abnormally'.
However I installed suse6.3 with out any problem. Then over that I could
install Rh6.2.
Any explanations for this mystery?
