Downloaded tomcat binaries for i386.
When I run jspc.sh, I get the following output:
cd /usr/local/tomcatbin
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:org/apache/jasper/JspC
at java.lang.Throwable.<init>(Throwable.java:38)
at java.lang.Error.<init>(Error.java:38)
at java.lang.LinkageError.<init>(LinkageError.java:21)
at java.lang.NoClassDefFound<init>(NoClasDefFound.java:21)
I have $TOMCAT_HOME=/usr/local/tomcatdir . (Installation point of tomcat) and
$JAVA_HOME=/usr
Any solutions?
