make a bootdisk for linux
mkbootdisk
and then install win98. Let it overwrite the MBR. After that use the linux boot
disk and boot into Linux.
then run lilo (I guess /sbin/lilo) to install lilo. This will modify the mbr to
give u access to your Linux partition.
