Hi,

You need a rescue disk to boot the Linux system and reinstall lilo
by using the -r option to chroot.
boot using rescue disk
mount your / and /boot
lilo -r /</ mountpoint> -t -v -v
(if lilo gives no error do:)
lilo
umount -a
reboot

It is always preferable to have lilo on your /boot partition. So it is
always preferable to have /boot as primary partition. ie. atleast 2
primary partitions, one for win and one for /boot . Install lilo on /boot,
dos on mbr and activate only /boot (works with NT too)

best wishes,
Indraneel
