I havent installed perl from source so cant give you authoritative help.
But it looks like that the headers having the declaration of 'semun' and
'unsemds' are not getting included. Find where they are defined, then you
can define it yourself in that file ( or include the appropriate
header..if it has been ensured that it will be included only once).
