Hi,
I use VSNL from Bangalore. My RH RP3 dialer works fine everytime , with
VSNL in debug mode , but not in usual mode. You can access debug mode in Gnome
by selecting Internet->Dial up configuration tool, select your vsnl account and
then debug button. You can see the messages log in the window.
