Hi there,
I have installed Red Hat 6.2 on my PC: Intel BX2 motherboard, P III 450 Mhz,
128 MB Ram, Creative Live Platinum.
Everything works fine except that I cannot print. When I try to install a
printer, the program does not recognize any printer to be attached to my
paralell port lp0 and tells that if I do not have a serial printer that means
I may have a seious problem worth investigating but does not give a clue or a
hint of what the problem could be. I have an Epson Stylus Color 740 attached
to that port and it works fine with Windows 2000 Professional.
I need to solve that problem so that I can get rid of Winsloth.
Any help out there?
