Hi,
I too had the same problem when I tried to install PCQ RedHat 6.1. What I
did is that I installed it from a previous PCQ CD and used upgrade option
for RedHat 6.1. Of course there may be options to directly install it. I
think it is because some printer devices is not been installed.
Try
cat /proc/devices
If "lp" is not found it will not work.
