Just see the dmesg output to find out what irq and io the kernel is
detecting as lp0. Reboot, go to bios and check if bios has the same
values. make them same values as kernel reports, change port to ECC/ECP
save and reboot. Printer should work. I had same problems with many INtel
mobos.
