[LIH] Mail setup help -MH and exmh

I am a mutt/kmail/Gnus(incongrous?!!) user....but I liked the exmh mailer
interface and would like it to work on my machine...I am a typical home user,
over a dialup network with dynamic IP....how can i setup mh and mh_profile and
more importantly, make sense out of the Preferences in exmh...?
