just keep a copy of redhat directory on the server

insert the blank floppy on the server

create a boot floppy with bootnet.img using the following command

dd if =/redhat/images/bootnet.img of= /dev/fd0

once these is done
insert the floppy in the Lap Top and boot the lap top from the floppy
select from installation type FTP (there are 3 options FTP,HTTP,NFS)
give relevant details of ftp server server name directory username pass
etc

thats it
