Just get a decent Pentium II and install redhat on it, including sendmail and
also install ipchains (for firewall) and squid (for proxy if you need it)
If you want it as a mailserver for your company you will need a static ip for
the linux box. See the mail administrators howto on linuxdocs.org for more.
