Hi,

Configure the printer as a remote printer on your Linux machine,


The entry in the /etc/printcap should be like

lp|remote printer on 192.168.1.1:\
        :sd=/var/spool/lpd/:\
        :rm=192.168.1.1:\
        :rp=lp:\
        :bk:sh:mx#0:

do not forget to connect the printer on your LAN.
