Hi

IIRC following is the format.

min hour year month weekday.

e.g

00 23 * * 5 notify 11.00PM at every friday. For counting week days, sunday is
zero and saturday is 6. I am not too sure about year and month. Checkout....

As you must have guessed out * is for everything...
