[LIH] Upgradation problem

Hi,
     I am downloading sendmail- 8.11 from Redhat site from
Redhat-7.0. When I Upgrading Sendmail 8.9. to 8.11 the following error
message are displayed and cannot installed. Please suggest what to do in
my next step.

Error Messages: 
only packages with major numbers <=3 are supported by this version of rpm
error: sendmail-8.11.0-8.i386.rpm cannot be installed.
