That is exactly what I am doing - translating my .slrnrc keybindings to
.muttrc. Plus few other settings.
Anyway, news from mutt is not all that good - one should always stick to the
specialised tool - in this case, slrn. I haven't yet figured out how to tell
mutt to thread in newsgroups. Maybe I can do it in a per group basis, but that
is bad, since my server has about 130 groups. And also, no killfile concept a
la slrn. :-(
But, I have the much needed functionality of mail to news from mutt.

PS: news.vsnl.net.in does not support the NEWNEWS command. Who do I tell to
upgrade the server?
