Done all that. After doing make modules_install they are copied in
/lib/modules/<kernel version/
but when I boot the kernel it searches for the modules in /lib.
I prefer xconfig. menuconfig is good too.
But now I have given up kernel recompilation for rarp. I am loading it as a module on
the existing kernel which came with Red Hat 6.2.
