Hi Pankaj:

You will have to create a directory under /mnt e.f. /mnt/windisk

Then you will have to mount your Win partition by giving the command

mount -t vfat /dev/hdnn /mnt/windisk

NOTE:  "/hdnn" should be substituted with the device number of the
partition on which Win is installed.

After this you will be able to see all the Win files under the /mnt/windisk 
directory
