Dear Vivek,
i will feel that, u better keep RH7 in ur box and use Kdevelop for ur C,
C++ devel -- provided u want to use IDE like VC++. Otherwise, download
WPE and XWPE from freshmeat.net. These are same as Turbo C IDE
