Perhaps you don't have wvdial installed. Do 'rpm -qa | grep wvdial' to
confirm....

Wvdial rpms must have been on the CD. Install them.

BTW, I find lot of people saying RHL 6 (or anything else) doesn't have this and
that. RHL or linux is different from all these programs. You need to check out
the programs installed. Linux is different from such programs....
