Do you know the name of this list? It is Linux-India-Help - meaning
help for Linux Users in India. Can you see Windows/Microsoft anywhere
in the name? Please take your question elsewhere - I am sure when you
_bought_ your Windows CD, you also got their support hotline numbers
and email addresses. We talk about Windows here only when it comes to
coexistence related issues.
Having said that, I play VCDs with Windows Media Player without
problems. Just got to File->Open, and select the avseq??.dat file
from there.
