All it means is that if someone is stupid (or malicious) enough to
create a directory with > 700 characters in the name, one person's
ReiserFS crashed. The problem has not been reproduced as far as I
know. Relax.
Of course, it'd be a good idea to restrict the names of directories to
about 500 characters or so for the time being :)
