For my 8 gb with 2 gb vfat, others reiserfs it takes about 3-4 secs during
boot - not cause for complaint right?
My etc/fstab looks thus; -
---------------------------------------------
/dev/hda5 / reiserfs defaults 1 1
/dev/hda7 /boot reiserfs notail 1 2
none /dev/pts devpts mode=0620 0 0
/dev/hda6 /home reiserfs defaults 1 2
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 ro,nosuid,noauto,exec,user,nodev 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy vfat sync,nosuid,noauto,user,nodev,unhide 0 0
/dev/hda1 /mnt/windows vfat user,exec,umask=0 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/hda4 swap swap defaults 0 0
---------------------------------------------
Other than that there was some kernel ccompilation option on checking which I
left off in reiserfs module
Hope this helps
