Couple of mutt queries:
1. When an email contains a number of email ids in the body of the mail, is it
possible to select from among them (from a menu) for composing mails ...
something akin to urlview perhaps?
2. In the index, is it possible to assign a color (highlighting) for new
messages?
3. In .muttrc, when the variable envelope_from is set, does it get value of
'From' header from the variable 'from' or from 'my_hdr From'? Since the
latter overrides the former, what is the use of setting the former and
use_from?
4. Is it possible to source a file as an argument to folder-hook?
ie. folder-hook lih source lih_settings
where lih_settings contains my_hdr, unmy_hdr, set signature|sort, etc.
5. (Slightly OT) When I launch mutt in eterm (Eterm-Mutt theme) at 1024x768 or
1280x1024 res at 3am ;) , its really difficult to see a thing. How do I
launch eterm (command line options) with larger font size than default or a
more eye-pleasing font?
