Hi! I have been using kde2.0.1. It has been pretty stable, and has crashed an application only once in the last three weeks. It is quite fast and beautiful!!!! I found koffice useless though, because of lack of interoperability with other common document format(like M$ Word etc.). Even though the quite appears to be quite comprehensive. I had all the links to the files needed for installing KDE2. I could Upgrade KDE though. I had to remove all kde1 packages and install KDE2. Too many dependency problems. Anybody who managed t actually upgrade to KDE2, successfully?
