I also got like this.
Even after using noipdefault in /etc/ppp/options, I get the following.

authenticate-requests
Jan 17 21:21:03 lvghomepc pppd[969]: Connection terminated.
Jan 17 21:21:03 lvghomepc pppd[969]: Terminating on signal 15.
HCLINFINET didn't give its dns also.
