yet another problem - maybe these guys aren't using pap - but actually chap or
something similar, or perhaps the infinet dialer appends some kind of string
like user@hclinfinet before dialing you in
try other combinations in ppp-options...

login onto another isp account and do
$ fwhois [EMAIL PROTECTED]
[or whois -h whois.geektools.com hclinfinet.com
[snip]
