What does that mean?
Nmap scans for the open ports and it does not matter if you are out side or
inside.

Yahoo and Hotmail will not respond to half open syn packet packet sent by
nmap.
And Complaint for what? connecting to port 80, 110, 25
Some time I really do not understand, why people who are matured linux user
makes an issue of non issue.

Do you call it hacking if
1. I connect to port 80 of a server and find complete directory listing.
2. I connect to port 23 of a server and get root access because stupid
admin has "" password.
3. I connect to port 21 which has guest login set to uid/gid =0.

The hacking is if
1. I run a password cracker on port 23 of a sever.
2. Exploit the ftp, httpd, and other daemon with malicious code.
3. Install root kit.
