I had webmin 0.77 installed in my caldera 2.3 .Now i downloaded webmin 0.84
rpm from webmin.com
when i give command
# rpm -i webmin-0.84 .rpm
there are some errors like /usr/lib/webmin0.77 coflicts with webmin
0.84(not the exact syntax)
My query is when one has to upgrade some thing is it required to remove
(uninstall the earlier version)
or installing above it would be fine .such conflicts can be taken care of
when the new rpm is loaded over the earlierone ?
How would it be in case of a tarball?
