70% of the RPM's/tarballs wil b small (less than 1MB). i don't think we
shud keep ISO's. those who need them, obviously hav enuf BW at their
disposal, and hence don't need "our" server. of course, they can use it
for the "tiny" (in their sense) RPM's.

all of us (or local LUGs, at the least) can come together with their
colection of CD's, and then put it together. that surely *is* posible.

not for the people who "write" the CDROM. unless, its massproduced, it
won't b worth the trouble. also, with 10 vulnerability patches a day,
within a month, an "up-to-date" linux-india-cdrom is worthless as suresh
pointed out. :(

this is the *most IMPORTANT point*! starting off is one thing,
maintaining it is totaly diferent altogether.
