WILL MIRRORS SOLVE THE PROBLEM
90% of the users dont have access to high speed conects and in the present
speeds itwill take dayes to download stuff like staroffice or a distribution i dont
think the problem
will be solved by putting mirror sites in india. some lugs who are having a high speed
connection or
suscribing linux only mags or cdroms can produce cdroms or atleast write cdrs send to
who ever requests
itwill be very use full if they can arrenge different master cd-rs like all developers
stuff or games or an assorted cd of all
it will be very benifitial for people like us who dont have access to a local lug
(mine is one of the only four systems running linux in my place )and downloding stuff
is almost impossible.the only resourse was pcquest and chip cds and now they have
reduced the coverage of linux .
please think of this
