Others also said it should not be distro-specific. I think initially
raw source tarballs is the best. This will help lot of students to
get access to source code. For developers like me and administrators
who want quick updates it would be a nice thing too.
Later, volunteers can write simple scripts to rebuild RPMs/debs.
Updating sources is not difficult. I have used the scripts from
www.rock-linux.org to automatically download sources from original sites.
If we get CDs with latest source code, its worth it.
Our LUGs are already providing easy access to distros in most cities.
