MDaemon? That's a mailserver for gods sake ... and this doesnt sound like a
sendmail issue - more a fetchmail misconfig. See
http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/fetchmail for more (though the .fetchmailrc I posted
should work). In addition, the sendmail faq at http://www.sendmail.org/faq/
has an entry about this.
