Well as you posted earlier you were looking for a package 
management/dependancy handling tool for rpms like debian's 
system...actually Connectiva Linux has ported apt to rpm, 
Connectiva's latest 2 CD release uses this as does Mandrake's Cooker 
tree...As of now, Redhat does'nt support it, ot even in rawhide, so 
maybe the next release....
