I didn't say that they don't work well. I too have one system based on
SiS 630 chipset and it works great. Moreover, it did not give any
configuration problems like its comparable intel 810 chipset.  I meant
they are not a preferred choice internationally since they are
considered to be a cheap low end solution while the same factor (i.e.
the cheapest price) makes them the preferred variety in India.
