When starting Netscape, sometimes it displays the
License Agreement, and
only after clicking OK does the Browser,Messenger come
up. Sometimes The
license agreement isn't shown. Is this common?

Dear V Suresh,
I had a similar problem when I had installed 2
versions of Netscape one from rpm and another in /opt
directory from a tar ball.
Everytime I switch from one version to another, I got
the lisence agreement coming up.
