[LIH] new hdd on old mb

i have one of these old vintron motherboards with a P100 chip. i am
wondering if i can install a 20 gb hdd on it. 

i know that /boot should be in the beginning of the disk, (this is a
non-issue cause that machine is going to have only linux) is there
anything else i need to take care of.
