Yes I did and did follow all the steps.....

I am talking about the pppd deamon that needs to be
upgraded for lin 2.4 , Ir is documented in the changes
files under documentation.......

This is something i did not do

I mean i deleted the whole source....... linux folder

The card wasnt supported with the RH 7 before lin 2.4
came into the picture...... It had nothing to do with
my attempts with lin 2.4 also I did add sound and
everyhing related to ensoniq as a module and it did
not make any diff
