Hi,

Thanks a lot Suresh, John. But if I patch 2.4.2 then while compiling I
should get -k 2.4.2 isn't it. After appying the 2.4.2 patch when I try to
compile it still shows-k 2.4.1 on the screen, which is the previous kernel.

I will try out tonight by taking the sources of 2.4.0 and applying both
patches one after another and then compile.
