I tried and the resukts are below.
[lvgandhi@lvghomepc] ~/doNews$ telnet lvghomepc 119
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
Even after restarting I get the same error. How to fix it. It was not
the problem before hand. After first time start of suck and rebooting
this has happened.
