I have removed and reinstalled inn and inn-develop. Now it is getting
connected to localhost. Ps -ax contains the following now. Previously
the first line was not there. Why it happened is still a mystery.
677 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/innd -p4
679 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/actived
However now I have done lot of permutations and combinations as told by
suck man pages. First I put the following line as suggested.
comp.os.linux.misc 1 [100].
It gave only control and other lines of /var/lib/news/active file. It
had neglected my line. Once again as told to add a new group I added the
following line to the new sucknewsrc and suck.newrc in steps. Still I
could anywhere near getting msg from comp.os.linux.misc. Now I get the
control news irrespective of commenting in sucknewsrc. In active file it
is said id should not be removed. What to do.

Further, I have seen, by commenting out active file in /var/lib/news,
innd is not getting started. That gives problem of localhost. Is it
possible to avoid controla cancel msgs. If so what is the procedure.
