Hi
PCQ hasn't provided many softwares needed to compile 2.4.1.
Prominent ones are
binutils
make
ppp
modutils
Check Documentation/changes file in source tree for more details. See what
you have and what you need. Get it and then try.
I have it running here successfully.....
