Hi Rana,
It seems that u have not made ur modules ....
u better do the following .... 
#cd /usr/sr/linux-2.4.1
#make mrproper
#make menuconfig
#make dep
#make bzImage
#make modules
#make modules_install
#cp ./arch/i386/boot/bzImage /boot/vmlinuz-2.4.1
#cp ./System.map /boot/System.map-2.4.1

then edit ur /etc/lilo.conf accordingly and then ...

#lilo -v
#sync
#reboot
