For the past two days, while I shutdown, the following error pops up,
and the system stops responding.
 "
Shutting down sound driver: alsactl: cannot determine switches for
interface 1 and device 1 and channel 0: No such file or directory.

 /sbin/init.d/rc2.d/k21alsasound: line13:18819 Segmentation fault
  /sbin/rmmod 'echo $line | ..' -f 1'
  snd-pcm-plugins: device/resource busy
  snd-mixer-oss: device/resource busy. "

And the system just hangs. I have to use the reset button to reboot,
thus a not cleanly unmounted file system next time.
Why is this error?
