There - UDMA is at 0 - mine reads 68 ie udma4. You may try -X68 to see if it
makes a difference to these stats and to hdparm -t. No need to stick to it
forever if u dont want the risk - just try it.
multcount also contributes a few minor b/s = -m16 is also a good try.
To confirm that UDMA is running you can run cat /proc/ide/piix which gives u
the udma status.
