I got the solution.
In perl if I run
system "modprobe Module_name";
the return value is 0 if the module matches with card or some error text if
it fails.
Unfortunately I could test it for only 3 types of cards, I don't know how it
will behave with other cards. I hacked this trick from the dbootstrap of
debian.
